- Inbound Calls> Customer Service Related Items
- Outbound> Customer Focused Collections
Minimum Experience:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in contact center environment
- Customer Service experience a plus
- Bilingual positions available
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong computer skills
