Annual Film, Raffle Offers Fun for Families;                                                         Supports Justice for All – Regardless of Income

Concord Mediation Center will host its 5th annual Family Holiday Movie and Raffle on Thursday, December 3, at Aksarben Cinema. This is an entertaining evening that offers something for all ages. Many families make this their official “kick-off” to the holiday season, creating a memorable tradition that has been observed for half a decade!

We will show the delightful movie “Prancer” and raffle prizes include movie-themed items, such as autographed memorabilia from the cast.

Doors open at 6 p.m., so patrons can buy movie tickets, view raffle items, purchase raffle tickets and enjoy discounted concessions. Each child will receive a free goodie bag. The movie starts promptly at 6:30 p.m., which will be immediately followed by the raffle drawings.

Movie tickets are $10 per person, and raffle tickets are $5 each.

Proceeds support Concord Mediation Center, located at 4225 North 90th Street in Omaha. Since 1999, we have provided exceptional service in mediation, facilitation and training in conflict resolution. We serve families, individuals, businesses, schools, churches and community groups in Douglas and Sarpy Counties.

When stress, emotions and the complexity of the problem cause conversations to escalate out of control or if your usual problem solving skills aren’t working, Concord Mediation Center can help you find a peaceful way to handle conflict. We provide a safe place for difficult conversations.

Nearly one-fifth of our clients have incomes of less than $30,000 a year, and take advantage of our sliding scale fees. Concord Mediation Center utilizes special activities such as the annual holiday movie to raise funds, so low-income clients can avail themselves of our conflict resolution services.
