Guests at Cantina Laredo can ring in the New Year with Quail Fajitas, limited edition margaritas and Chocolate Raspberry Churros, to name a few. The exclusive New Year’s menu is available for five days at Cantina Laredo, from Saturday, Dec. 28 through Wednesday, Jan. 1.

Guests enjoy three courses with optional cocktails, beginning with a choice of Pumpkin Soup or Cranberry Salad and a Hibiscus Margarita, back on the menu for a limited time.

The seasonal Cran-Ginger Margarita accompanies a choice of three entrées. Grilled Fajitas with quail, shrimp, beef and chicken; 16-ounce Ribeye Steak with sautéed mushrooms and Mango Halibut with mango-ginger salsa all take guests to the stars.

Dessert is a choice of Chocolate Raspberry Churros or a trio of lemon, mango and raspberry sorbets for dessert, served with the new Season’s Spice Margarita.
