Why – White Lotus Group is proud to open the doors to 110 affordable apartment units at their 30 Metro building in North Omaha with the goal of serving the the Metropolitan Community College Fort Omaha campus and surrounding area. Once home to the beloved Omaha eatery, Mister C’s, this property will give a warm nod to the former restaurant through a custom sculpture on the property that will be unveiled at the Ribbon Cutting. The five-story, 113,000-square-foot mixed-use building will also feature a Charles Drew health clinic, a T-Mobile and there is still 3,000 square feet of commercial space available.
