The Greater Omaha Chamber’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Division has merged with Straight Shot and Omaha Startup Collaborative to create a new, industry-leading startup support program, The Startup Collaborative.
Powered by the Greater Omaha Chamber, The Startup Collaborative is an inspired and accountable growth-seeking approach to company and community building with one goal: to radically improve the odds of startup success.
Company Building: The Fellowship
Gone is the traditional 90-day accelerator model. TSC Startup Fellows work alongside their peers to gain sequential, quantifiable traction and earn incentives, including access to venture funding, dedicated interns, inclusion on investor roadshows and tribal workspace within HQ.
Community Building: Ecosystem Alignment
Purposeful events, serendipitous connections, a myriad of engaging and topical entrepreneurship meetups. Community building is all about getting people off the sidelines and into the game.
We’re on the hook for 200+ events in 2017 intended to do just this: build a startup friendly, startup-minded community dedicated to radically improving the odds.
