Visionary leaders need a network of trusted peers that they can call on to provide a fresh perspective. We provide several developmental series to connect and elevate the current and future leaders in our community. Our goal is to provide the know-how and connections to develop community leaders, who will run for elected office, serve on nonprofit boards and help lead Omaha into the future.
Leadership Omaha
Leadership Omaha is one of the longest running professional development programs at the Greater Omaha Chamber. Each year, forty-five to fifty participants connect with other leaders while developing their personal and professional skills.
Leadership Lab
The Leadership Lab is a two-day, intensive workshop for emerging leaders and young professionals in early to mid-career positions in all organizations. The workshop will inspire and equip you to self-reflect and collaborate, so you can build relationships, cultivate strengths and lead others.

Propel
Propel is a 7-session leadership development program designed for newly promoted managers and rising stars. Participants gain years of leadership experience in this compact, 7-month experience. Guided by experts and supported by a collaborative peer cohort, Propel delivers actionable tools and strategies to elevate your leadership and transform your team and organization.
