Omaha is Right Place for International Business The word about Greater Omaha is being spread around the world – literally. Our Omaha image ad promoting Omaha as the right place for international business was included in the January/February CNBC Business magazine. In addition to being an emagazine, CNBC Business was distributed to more than 3,000 attending the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, at the end of January and it was placed in first/business class sections of 30+ international airlines. In addition, 1,000 global CEOs were mailed a copy of this issue. From the link above, you can open the January 2011 issue and find the Greater Omaha Economic Development Partnership ad on page 81. Local businessman Paul Hogan, founder and chairman of Omaha-based Home Instead Senior Care, is featured in a CNBC Business online article. The Partnership also has a companion banner ad that rotates at the top of the website. Keep refreshing the Hogan story until you see the ad at the top of the page. Adding it all up – that’s about 13.5 million impressions. Not bad for the first three months of the year! This is Your GO! Dollars at Work! Thanks for your part in making this possible. |
